Online Dual Enrollment Student Individual Application

Landmark College’s Online Dual Enrollment program is available to college-bound rising high school juniors, seniors, and gap year students who struggle with learning primarily due to a learning disability (such as dyslexia), ADHD, autism, and executive function challenges and desire the skills necessary for a successful transition to college.

IMPORTANT: You will need to complete this entire application in one session. This page will not allow you to save a portion and return to complete at a later time.

If you'd rather not use this online application, we offer this PDF form PDF Icon.

Because you've indicated your high school is a Landmark College Partner School, a School Representative Statement is not required. (We will contact you if there is an issue.)

If your high school is not a Landmark College Partner School, please ensure you have the School Representative Statement Form completed beforehand to upload to this page.

If you have questions about school partnerships, please contact Tabitha Mancini at TabithaMancini@landmark.edu

This documentation is not required if you are applying to this program through a Landmark College Partner high school.
